We understand things happen and sometimes you can not make appointments, but please understand we may turn down other clients in order to hold your reservation, and have technicians waiting for you. For this reason, we will only be able to make a reservation when held with a valid credit card (gift certificate, or social media voucher)
We ask for 24 hours notice of Cancellation Please
Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to 25% of the original service fee.
If you do not call to cancel, cancel or reschedule after your appointments is scheduled, or "no show" you will be liable for 50% of your service.
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE WE MAY NOT HAVE TIME TO TAKE YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.
THIS WOULD ALSO CAUSE A RESCHEDULE FEE OF 50% OF YOUR SERVICE
