CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand things happen and sometimes you can not make appointments, but please understand we may turn down other clients in order to hold your reservation, and have technicians waiting for you. For this reason, beginning in November 2011 we will only be able to make a reservation when held with a valid credit card (or gift certificate, or social media voucher)
We ask for 24 hours notice if possible.
Cancelling within 2 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 25% service fee.
If you do not call to cancel, and "no show" you will be liable for 50% of your service.
